W1D1 of summer shred challenge complete πͺπΌπͺπΌ did 1,000 skips to warm up and then crushed the workout. Had a long day of travel today coming back home from a quick weekend trip. More of a morning person, so I hate having to squeeze workouts in later in the day but it felt so good once I did it!! Back to my regular scheduled programming with an early AM workout tomorrow for day two. Keep doin the thing everybody!!
