Week 1 day 5 body torch complete!! Double unders and me have a love hate relationship. I did 40 doubles every 30 second round. I would jump for 10 seconds regular then do my 40 doubles in last 20 seconds of round. If my count is correct thatβs 400 double unders for the workout. Phew. A few expletives were used upon completion. π₯΅π€¬π
