Week 1 of the summer shred was completed last week and week 2 will begin tomorrow for me! Usually start my workout week on Monday, but have to adjust this week and do Tuesday through Saturday. Had a busy weekend of working a basketball tournament from 7 am to 10 pm each day and my rest days included two 20,000 step days.. we will say thatβs pretty active rest. Gonna give myself a light day today and then get back to my regular schedule tomorrow. Keep crushing it everybody!!!
