Well, after 2 weeks of calisthenics program I had to pause at start of week 3 (last Monday) due to my illness. Turned into a full week of no jumping. I was REALLY sick and still not 100 percent recovered. Went for a short 1.5 mile walk today and that was the first time I could do anything in a week. Still not feeling like myself but I am getting there. Will jump back into the program after my body is feeling back to normal. Going to try to work in short bits of jumping over the next few days as my body allows. Truly bummed out but physically no way I could’ve pushed my body to jump. Sometimes have to listen to the body. Feeling about 75% normal right now, hopefully over next few days I’m back to 100%. Hope everyone is staying healthy and doing the thing!
