I started the 90 day workout a week ago but realized immediately that it will be a while before I can make it through an entire workout. I wanted to share in case others, like me, are not starting from a good physical fitness level.

I am a reasonably good jump roper but have not done routine exercise in a while. When I was younger I could jump rope for 30 minutes without issue. Now, one "set" of 8 30-second jumps was hard for me on day one. My feet had the pain that stopped me from proceeding. Now I am doing 3 sets but am doing them 30 minutes apart. My feet are doing ok but my calves are getting very tight so they are my weakness at the moment. I look forward to making it through a full workout in the normal 30 minutes and will celebrate here when I make it.
