Ganelle Elliott so funny enough I did those workouts for the sole purpose of being able to do more than 10. The first week I was just doing the modified pushups. After that workout I was about to do about 25 consecutive pushups without stopping. It’s a great plan. Now I’m able to do about 40 without stopping. Remember to do it at your own pace💪🏽💪🏽

First week: wasnt as smooth with my jumpr rope technique and breathing

Going into last week: breathing is smooth, I feel stronger. I’ve lost 5lbs so far. Looking to lose a couple more before the week ends.
