I ended up just substituting Jump Rope Run in Place when I did it since I kept tripping when doing teeter totter myself

Once you get into multiple rope workouts, multiple handles are unfortunately a must. I use the "Get Strong" handles on my 1/2 lb rope. Those are the ones that come with the 1 lb and 2 lb ropes.

Yeah, for me the first round left me questioning if the workout was really going to be all that tough, but the other rounds had me realizing why the workout was formatted the way it was

I have taken to adding 10 minutes to end of every workout session to do Brandon's 10-minute Yoga videos. I find the older I get, the more I have to do "recovery/stretching" workouts if I want to keep the "5 day a week" pace of JRD workouts

Same here! I was surprised at how sore my abs were when I went into this one too. Especially with the High Knees
