15 below this morning. My garage was chilly, but the hot tub was warm and I felt great after getting it done.

don't force yourself through pain. I really enjoy doing modified pull ups... ring rows, bent over rows... or even just vertical or horizontal pulls to gain strength <--- there are many benefits!

What up Jason ?!?! Consistency is going to be the key for you. I would really lean into SN (cause I like the format) but really, as long as you get consistent, you'll get results!
