Let's go!! Just remember.... TAKE SMALL BITES! like... we dont' want you to crush it for 90 days and then fall off the face of the planet because 45 mins 6x per week is too much. We'd rather see you crushing (arbitrary example) 3 solid workouts per week, eating balanced, getting sleep and spending time with the fam for the rest of your life. You'll get consistent and you'll get results! Aim for consistency, not perfection!Let's gooooo!

TJ! JOSH(ua) -- This is the age old question! The real answer is... Consistency will get results (but no one wants to hear that). I LOVE SN because it's more repetitive and the progression is a little more obvious. This just jives with my personality. JRD90 is rad because it's not as repetitive but it's super challenging and absolutely progressive. I would pick your program based on which type of format your personality will gravitate toward more then it's just a matter of focusing on staying consistent. Fair?? 💪💪💪

walking, squats and glute bridges! Easier said than done, but I love taking the time that I would exercise and dedicating it to something else to keep the habit.
