yooooooo... I moved to ca, have 3 kids and I'm staying busy. 
I set up the garage and have been skipping more and more (which is great). Also found a local spot to ride my bike (which is awesome!)

Stay busy and working on getting lean! 

what's up with all you guys?!?

I gave up coffee for 4 weeks now? I'm sleeping great, feel like I have more energy and frankly, I'm just proud.

It's been a minute since I've given up "comfort" to get what I'm after. 

I'm coming up on our 20 of fasting. Feels good.

Gonna roll this one right into a 36 or 40 hour stint. 💪

What's something you've become too comfortable with?

Sorry All! I've been quiet. I've been busy so I've really been trying to prioritize those activities that move the needle.

You know... the things that make me feel better, put a small number and the scale and a larger number in my bank account. 

I've not been posting (or using) instagram (which I think is kinda cool), but I'm down about 5 pounds and I gave up coffee. 

I'm feeling great and I'm gonna keep moving! 

The moving truck is coming at the end of the month and I'm so excited for warm temps and more garage space. 

Let's make May epic!!! 💪💪💪💪💪👊

My dudettes and dudes!!! How is everyone?!?! I've been out of pocket for moment, fighting some terrible illness, road tripping, moving and turning 40. 

I'm back! I'm feeling pretty good I want to know how all of you are doing.

I really wanted to start JRDmax last week but I was sick AF and it's taking some time to get over.

Starting to feel human again today... Hopefully I'll "hop in" to JRDmax by the end of the week.

Is everyone liking it??

I just wanted to drop in with a little update on me (in case ya'll care) cause' it's been a minute. 

I was about to start JRDMAX On Monday, but I ended up in bed at 6pm instead. The illness is real. 

Still feeling like crap, but it will end.

I'm locking down my nutrition (which has been a crutch lately), getting more organized and going after what I want. Can't wait to hop into JRDMAX with all of you!!!

Hey All! I fear eating (well) has become somewhat of challenge for me.

I work from home (and I have kids) so when I'm hungry, I eat.
When I prepare food for the kids, I eat.
When I feel stressed after a phone call, I eat. 

I'm becoming very conscious that in order to lose weight, I'll probably need to spend some time being hungry... 

This week I've done very well not breaking a fast till noon, avoiding the snacks (mostly) and stopping the intake as dinner ends. 

Couple more months, and I'll be right where I wanna be :)
