Waaaay less consistent than I care to admit.

I modified Some insulation in my garage (keeps temps at a pleasant 40f) and I’ve been skipping to one song on the hour, every hour.

I’d rather get a full sesh, but my kids are letting me get away with this and something is always greater than nothing!

Jeans, cold and a messy garage. Getting 25 mins after my work is complete for the day.

Remember. SOMETHING is always better than nothing. Remember that when you’re not feeling it.

What up Ya'll?!? I've been struggling a bit lately (illness), but that's just my latest excuse... I'm always leaning into "I'm busy" or "sleep it more important" and finding a way to NOT prioritize fitness.

What are some of the biggest hurdles you face?
