Have to look like this… but I like the consistency and the “cook once - eat many times” method.

Chicken, rice, asparagus, onions, broccoli and homemade teriyaki sauce (brown sugar/soy/sriracha) for a delicious meal around 500-600 cals (I follow it up with some fruit and yogurt for larger meals :)

What’s your go-to meal?

2 eggs, potatoe hash (with chicken Apple sausage and chicken), broccoli, peppers and onions.

I’ve been intentionally eating more lately as I’ve been putting more work in. Feeling good. How you!?!

I’ve never been a big fan of supplements… but after doing tons of research with Brandon and Dan on aminos and their role, I love these.

I let myself run out last week :(

Air fryer fries and broccoli + shredded slow cooker chicken. Nom nom nom all week long :)

For me, having prepped protein makes it so easy for me to “stay in line” without having an actual new plan.
