Uhhhg. I set out to do a 200+ mile loop in CO on Saturday and hit 6 skateparks. My body stopped my after 3. My elbow is jacked up, but it’s feeling better already. Another bump in the road. Locking in my food and walking as much as I can. Glad to see all you getting after it!! I’ll be skipping soooon!

I gotta be honest; I’ve been so on/off for the past two months it’s driving me nuts.
Exercise makes me feel great and so does eating well, but I seem to have every excuse in the book.
Taking my own advice and making some small commitments to consistentcy.
Who needs a pick me up?

I got up and put in some time. No snooze.
It still kinda sucks, but I’m glad I did it.
Did a second sesh before dinner.

I just wrapped up.
At 5:55 I turned my alarm off and got out of bed after a little mental struggle.
It wasn’t simple, but just under an hour later, I feel fantastic.
If you want something, take small steps to get it!
Note: I only exercised for about 10 mins. It’s a a start:)

Sesh complete. Feels good. Day 4 of work outs for me this week.
I’ve slipped.
I’ve not been true to myself.
I hit snooze.
Snack like crazy and don’t hold myself to my goals.
My body reflects it, and it makes me want to change!
5:55 tomorrow. Springing to action tomorrow morning.
That’s day 1.
I’ll post each day to let you know what’s up!
Who’s making a big change with me?
