I’m still feeling it in my respiratory system, but nothing improves from being babied, so I’m pressing forward.

Casual intervals with the #1 and some kettlebell presses..

It’s a lil humid in CO which is uncommon and it has me sweating like cray.

I’ve not had high levels of energy lately… so I’m adding more food. Lots more fruit,

Last nights leftovers… baked and breaded lemon garlic chicken, roasted yukon taters and broccoli…

Don’t forget desert! Meeeeeenos, a peach and a mango.

Peaches are sooooooooo good right now!

Prepped and pulled chicken, some

BBQ sauce, broccoli (I looove broccoli), onions and tortilla chips? I wanted something crunchy.

I’ve been finishing my meal with fruit.

It’s sweet and delicious and it’s like a queue to stop eating.
