Nope. Already decided to use Wednesday as stretch time. With pullups on Monday and push ups on Monday and Friday, I think I'll be fine. 😊

Hey Maggie! Calf compression sleeves can help. Also there is a physical therapist on YouTube, her channel is AskDrJo. She has a video on stretching your lower leg to help with shin splints. The stretches are super helpful, particularly immediately after your jump rope workout. 😊
