Thank you so much! I found Dan's jump rope videos way back on YouTube on a channel called Bass Jumps. I like to mix up my workouts with running, kickboxing, Crossfit, and cycling. I came across my old jump ropes and realized it's been a looong time since I've done a JRD workout. So I decided to jump in on this July challenge. So excited!
