Depends on your body and how you feel THAT day.

Also age as well.

For me, 5 days straight is my max, on some weeks when I'm feeling meh from work, 2 or 3 days.

I ain't no spring chicken anymore so I don't push it just for the sake of it.

So you gotta find your sweet spot 🙂

I'm wearing KSO EVO model for years, and since they are comfy, I can't be bothered to try other models 😄

I jump rope barefeet for more than 10yrs (was training in muay thai) so my feet don't hurt at all.

They DO hurt when I wear shoes and my left ankle will swell up though 😅

Regardless what kinda shoes I wear.

So these finger shoes are the best alternative to bare feet for me.
