Power Calisthenic Day 1 done!
Like what others said, on paper, it looks easy BUT!
I was so hungry, I was fantasising eating all sorts of food 🀣
But i had fish soup with half a bowl of rice instead.
Lost 4kg since end June, I'm hoping to lose just 1 more kg ☺️

Anyone uses a Garmin to track jump workouts?
Did you need to manually input the reps? Or any setting needed?
Mine always shows 0 rep n gotta manually input which is a hassle cos the rest between each is only 10secs!🀣

What do you do if the rope is too long?
Do you knot them at the ends near the handles?

I'm planning to buy the Crossrope Get Strong set.
Should I get the one for my height or longer?
Since they are heavier, I'm not sure of ideal length
