My Lean set's length are a few cm short, toes sometimes got whacked 😅

So I can't decide to follow the chart or size up 🤔

I'm planning to buy the Crossrope Get Strong set.
Should I get the one for my height or longer?
Since they are heavier, I'm not sure of ideal length

Hey all! Just joined recently!

Been lifting weights n minimal cardio (cos my stamina sucks), but had to stop all heavy lifting due to elbow tendonitis.

Since I've been n love to jump rope, decided to take the plunge.

Lost 4kg in 1.5mths!

Still cant do anything except regular bounce 😅 but it's ok, at least I'm doing something 😬

Question is: how long does a download video last?

Cant seem to tap on the notification while it's downloading

Else everything is awesome here!

May I know how long does downloaded videos last?
The notification says "... available till" and the sentence ends there, I couldn't tap on it to find out more.
Issit for 12hrs?
