HRW3D3 and D4 done. I did 2,800 skips on day 4.

HRW3D1 & D2 done.

HRW2D4 done. I did 2,700 skips with 1 lb. 200 more skips than last week. I’m getting better!

HRW2D3 done.

HRW2D2 done.

HRW2D1 done!

HRW1D5 done. I did 1000 skips 1/4 lb, 1000 skips 1 lb and 600 skips 1/4 lb. I couldn’t do more. But at least I tried my best. Have a nice weekend.

HRW1D4 done! I could do 2,500 skips only. But I did my best! Ready to do day 5 tomorrow.

I don’t have the 2 lb rope but I used the 1 lb instead. I’m glad that I finished day 3. Ready to do day 4 tomorrow. Let’s keep doing the thing!

Days 1 and 2 done. I only did regular bounce for both workouts. I need to learn how to do other jump tricks. Both workouts were challenging but I kept doing the thing and finished them. Tomorrow I will do day 3.
