Love the recovery days, (the 100 Push-up can finally get them done)

W1D5 Finished.

I thought ninjas were supposed to be stealthy... by the end I was breathing louder than a dog with asthma.

I was beginning to be proud of not having done a knee push-up in 2 months, and then this.😂

Did the first and last cycle with 1/2. "Not going to lie o you guys" the last one was hard.

Early morning in Japan, Day 2 finished.

Did it with a 1/2 instead of 1/4

Started The fall burn out today. Put my last two weeks of JRD 90 on hold.

Posted directly in the fall burnout thread.

Not sure if that’s how it’s done. Or you should post it directly in the community thread. Let me know if I did a no no.

Just finished Week 1 Day 1 of the fall burnout. As I said before, I just lost 12 kg from JRD 90. Not sure what’s gonna be left of me after this.😀

Still have 5 kg to lose.

By the way, the RoboCop voice in this training was hilarious. It is easier to see the exercises, but I missed Dan talking to us. Felt like he was always there with us.

Hey guys, need your help.

I’m almost finished with JR 90 (but probably won’t finish because of the new fall burnout😅)

I came up with a new ladder exercise (at least I think it’s new). If you have time, can you try it out and let me know what you think.

30 seconds rest between exercise

One minute between cycles

2-3 cycles. (Optional: Last 15 sec of each exercise is a sprint)

30 sec 1lbs

60 sec 1/2

90 sec 1/2

2 Min 1/4

90 sec 1/2

60 sec 1/2

30 sec 1lbs

Appreciate any input.

Just finished Day 2 week 7 of JRD90

5 squats 10 ab crunch and 30 jumps 1/2...

the hardest part was getting up after the crunches.  hardest exercise, activated the core and the legs... and in my case the arms too (needed an extra push to help me get up)

just finished week 6 of my 90 days program.

What the hell! Burpees and Ab crunches!?!

What happened to the days when I thought push-ups were hard.
