Hi guys. I need some help. 

New to counting calories. I’m on week 2 and still trying to get over a calf injury I made in week 1. 😂

I’m in an hotel right now and decided to have a small breakfast. This is what I took:  

How many calories would this add up to?

Ok in hindsight, I really should’ve listened to the advice about taking your time.

Ended up hurting my right calf. Now I’m stuck resting for a week. Will try to work on my push-ups in the meantime and  maybe do some reverse pushups to.

Crap! Was just getting the hang of this.

Just finished day 3 of the 7 day challenge. For some reason my right calf hurts but my left doesn’t. In day 4 I’m not sure I’ll be able to do the boxer jumps. Either do it all wi regular jumps or take 3 days ff to recuperate.

would have liked to get day 4 done before the weekend.

Hi there, New to the community. 54 years old and out of shape. Loved the videos and decided to give this a try. Now doing the 7 day training. finished day 2 to and will do day 3 tomorrow.  Here is a question, Should this all be done in 7 days strait or should I take days rest in between? my calves a a bit sore after today's work out.
