Recovered on Wednesday… W2d3 done… feels good to skip again after a recovery day. Do the thing. Let’s go!

Finished w2d1 yesterday and just smashed day 2! Loving the workouts so far. Shoulders and back are feeling tighter and sore but better.

Finished W1D5 yesterday. And jumping into W2D1 now. Come on, let’s go do the the thing!

Update: just crushed W2D1. Feeling good. Started playing some “Shout Shout by Ernie Maresca” and “Surfin’ USA by The Beach Boys” music during the workout. Total game changer.

Im doing a recovery day today. Still walking and doing yoga/meditation but my shoulders need a day. Im gonna hit it hard Saturday for w1d5. Next week I think I need to start doing recovery days on Wednesday and Saturday to spread it out a bit. Stay with it dudes and dudettes. Do the thing!

Morning Dan! I’m loving it. Shoulders didnt want to move this morning but a hot shower some ice and some aspirin and I’m on my way. I think this challenge is supposed to be 5 workouts a week so I’m doing a recovery day today and will do w1d5 on Saturday then recover again on Sunday. I think next week I need to do a recovery day on Wednesday and Saturday to spread it out a bit. But all in all I’m loving it, this challenge is fire and I can’t wait for more. It’s adding the edge I needed to my daily walking and meditation.
