Just did the thing. D2W1… gotta say, I am skipping like I’m in 1st grade. For some reason my rope keeps twisting after every skip and smacking me in the back of the head. I got the length just right, I’m pulling elbows back turning wrists out, form is good (in front of a mirror) almost all the time. Only thing I can think is this pos Amazon rope is to blame but both my speed rope and my 1 lb rope do the same thing. I lubed the bearings in the handles too and that seemed to help a little but not enough. I wanna skip unencumbered so friggin bad man. I guess I need to spring for a Crossrope. Anyway. Let’s do the thing dudes.

Day 1 was just what the Dr ordered man. Gonna crush day 2 now. Slept like a baby after day 1 and still super pumped to kick ass and take names the next 3 months.

Just did week 1 day 1. Not gonna lie. It broke me. Haha but I loved it! Got a before pic for yall too. I’m gonna spare you dudes the sweaty one I look near death in that shot lol. The foot work tripped me up more than I wanted but I’m working on that.

I’m new. But have a little insight that might help. Keto is awesome I have dropped 70 pounds already on keto and started it 7 months ago. Still have some small man boobs but those are on their way out. I’ve learned that around 6 months my body got used to keto and I plateaued on weight loss. So I had to start tweaking my macros I shifted to a higher protein slightly lower fat and still keeping my carbs at less than 8% of my daily kcal. Then the weight loss started again. I am type 2 diabetic so that’s an extra challenge but walking at least 15 after every meal keeps my blood glucose levels low. I’ve almost reversed the metabolic disease but everything is slowing way down. I want to get shredded. I have 35 more pounds to loose and I am confident that this system will help me get there. The intermittent fasting, keto, calorie deficit and daily walking isn’t quite enough. I sit at a desk all day too. Drinking was one of the first things I had to drop completely because I have an addictive nature… just a little is never enough for me. As soon as I quit the weight loss took off. But I’m like you now, I gotta do more than walking 45 minutes a day. Weight lifting circuits or running are not my strength because I get bored. I have started skipping with my own HIIT plans for about a month now and finally decided today to join this membership. Looks like the motivation I e been needing. But yeah, push ups won’t do much for removing man boobs. It’s a whole body fat loss thing for sure. Good luck hope this helps.
