I am starting to feel more strength in my upper body. I added a weighted leg workout to the plan. Did the first yesterday and it was awesome, so I am going to keep that as a day 6 workout. I have the feeling that in my daily routine, two resting/ recovery days are to much. I think I can make some more muscle now 💪
