Todays workout had me feeling great! At the end of last week, I felt really bummed that I didn’t really get a whole lot of movement in, and didn’t do any workouts. But today during Dan’s motivational rants - as he calls them - I changed my thoughts and feelings towards last week, because IT WAS ONLY A WEEK! I got up and did the thing on Monday, have continued up to today, and plan on getting it the rest of the week too. It really is as simple as Dan lays it out to be, and I don’t know why our minds have to trick us into thinking that it’s a big, monumental thing. Keep on keepin’ on! ✌🏻
