Solid workout today. During the rest periods of the pull/chin ups section, Dan talks about habit creation, which I love. It got me thinking about basic daily habits, and how we generally have them on autopilot. Perhaps we can bring ourselves to that point with workouts, and I’m sure a lot of you have! But I realized today that, for me, exercise will never be an “autopilot habit”. Mostly because I’ve got things that I’m much more passionate about, and would rather be doing during any free time I may have. Exercise has always, and I believe will always be something I have to actively choose each and every day, which I’m okay with! I think coming to these realizations in our lives makes things easier, and helps us understand why we do the things we do. I hope this helps even just one person feel better about the way things may or may not be in their life. And, kudos to those of you that made it all the way to the end. 😎 Feeling great today!
