I thought Iβd get more than 299 but dang these are hard and my quads were still sore from all those jump squats yesterday! Very happy though. Great way to put a cap on the June workouts and learning this new skill. Letβs go, criss-cross month! And I need to conquer my pull-up bar!!! πππͺπͺβ€οΈβ€οΈ
