Hit the ground jumpin! Determined to finish out these last two weeks of JRD MAX strong! 💪🏻
After my week away from jumping, I was feeling kinda blah getting back to it. Then I weighed myself this morning just for curiosity’s sake, and I’ve lost 10 pounds! This was a huge motivator for me to get back into it today, and tighten up my eating habits again. I also remembered how amazing I felt during and after workouts, which also motivated me to pick up the ropes again today, and I’m SO HAPPY I DID!!! 🤩
