I before I started I really didn’t feel like jumping but I grabbed my mat and my ropes and went out there. I did 2 classes, a beginners basics and then a transitional rope class! Which yielded about 700 skips and then I finished strong with my 1 lbs rope for the last 300 of my workout! I feel great!

Get out there and do the thing! Even if you don’t feel like it! You’ll feel better when you finish!
