5,500 skips to kick off this Friday. Was a workout with lots of minute sets with the 1/4-pounder and 1.5-minute sets with 1/2-pounder. Those longer sets with the 1/2-pound rope are tough for me but Iām improving! šš¤šŖā¤ļø
