A call to jump! All dudes and dudettes!
Hello community! I've been a long time JRD member! I try to post when I can and I've been keeping up with the new weight program since the beginning of this year.
Dan talks about long-term health and wellness, strength and drive to be well to do what you enjoy and love. I want all those things!
I have a small challenge/request for the community. My Grandma's 100th (yes you read that right!) birthday is this Thursday! She has been active all her life from simple things from walking to gardening. She always wants me (and others) to "be happy and healthy" and "don't fall down!"
This Thursday, would you consider jumping/dedicating 100 jumps for my Grandma for her birthday? To be "happy and healthy" on her day? If you could, that'd be awesome! Even more awesome if you let me know "where in the world" you jumped!
