I've been out of practice for jumping rope for quite a while and it definitely shows. But I showed up and got it done. Had to modify the push-ups because of my noodle arms and lunges just because those aren't safe for me to do - looking forward to this challenge and to get back on track for me for fitness for the year!

Summer Shred Round 2 W4D5 + walk
Round 2 is officially completed! In total I lost 8 lbs, but overall I feel better, less bloated, my clothes feel better and I have more strength. Yes getting up early before work is tough, really tough, but I pushed for myself. I'm going to start another challenge Monday, want to do another 4 week one. Do I do a round 3 - or something else? What would you all suggest? :)

I think I forgot to post yesterday but I'm staying on it!
Summer Shred Round 2 W4D2 + walking!
Up early and got it done regardless of the sprinkling rain - keeping on it! What do you all recommend I do for week 5 next week to end my repeat challenge? Week 4 again?
