Summer Shred Round 2 W3D5+ walking
Staying on it! Alright there's only been a small movement on the scale this week I can see a difference in the mirror. Giving me some self confidence. Makes me want to keep pushing through!

Summer Shred Round 2 W3D3 + Walk
I've been alternating between doing the summer shred workout in the morning and followed up by either the daily workout or putting in a walk so I'm still getting a lot of movement. Yesterday was really stressful day at work but I mean focus on my nutrition even though all I really want to do was eat a bunch of candy and indulge in some sweets but instead and I got home I chose to decompress by taking the pup for a walk and then doing additional laps by myself or it was a little warm out and that way I did movement instead of bad habits. I'm still on track with not relying on gum has a distraction at work as well so I've been cutting out that added artificial sugar and I'm still staying true to that so I'm happy with that progress.

Summer Shred Round 2 W3D1 + Daily/Walk combo

Starting to wake off right by getting up early and getting my workouts and I think this week is going to be stressful at work so I want to make sure that I'm not sitting myself up to fail by trying to procrastinate with my workouts. Trying to stay on it

Summer Shred Round 2 W2D5 + daily
This week was a bit of a struggle for it rained pretty much every morning and didn't help with motivation but I kept on it and I'm trying to keep on better nutrition as well - I did treat myself too some grilled chicken and spicy fries yesterday for the treat through the difficult work week. Although the scale was not in the direction I was hoping this morning likely because of having spicy fries I know that one day won't ruin progression.

I do have to say that I miss how the videos used to be more interactive and one-on-one in comparison to the summer shred where it's pre-recorded stuff and there's no dialogue. I feel like when there is even some type of dialogue it makes it more personable and makes more of a connection so that you're more invested into it at - least for me. I do agree that doing calls or group Google meets or something like that it's an interesting idea but would be hard to organize. My favorite program so far have been the challenges that are shorter time span but still intense because it doesn't make it as daunting in comparison to a 90-day challenge. Regardless of what direction this goes I'm excited for the next step!

Rainy and drizzly mornings make it really difficult to get going but I'm still pushing myself to stay on it. The JRD gleam was strong today!

W2D2 + Weights Workout
I really wasn't wanting to get up early as it is gloomy and raining outside. But I thought to myself - sleeping just a little bit more where it won't really be restful vs doing something for me and my well being - I knew the choice. Up early and done!

Summer Shred Round 2
W2D1
+ Daily workout
I wasn't anticipating the daily workout to have such a front load of jump rope before ab exercises but I pushed to get it done. Staying on their early morning routine to get these done before work to set me up for a good day .

It wasn't crazy hot to start the day around 5:30am, but definitely going to rest and get some protein!

I've been making sure to have water when working out, even refilled today. I think I just overdid it 😅
