Done! All in all I really enjoyed this program. I didn't see much reply on the scale but I certainly feel a lot better. I think I'm going to repeat this starting on this coming Monday :)

Got them done today together as yesterday I had a disc golf round and didn't want to overdo it. Got it done and feeling great!

I'll admit I didn't really want to do the thing this morning. Didn't sleep well and not motivated. However, I pushed myself. I got it done. I figured it's less than 30 minutes - what else could I do in less than 30 minutes this morning to be a benefit while sleepy? Do the thing community, do the thing!
