I've been out of practice for jumping rope for quite a while and it definitely shows. But I showed up and got it done. Had to modify the push-ups because of my noodle arms and lunges just because those aren't safe for me to do - looking forward to this challenge and to get back on track for me for fitness for the year!

I do have to say that I miss how the videos used to be more interactive and one-on-one in comparison to the summer shred where it's pre-recorded stuff and there's no dialogue. I feel like when there is even some type of dialogue it makes it more personable and makes more of a connection so that you're more invested into it at - least for me. I do agree that doing calls or group Google meets or something like that it's an interesting idea but would be hard to organize. My favorite program so far have been the challenges that are shorter time span but still intense because it doesn't make it as daunting in comparison to a 90-day challenge. Regardless of what direction this goes I'm excited for the next step!

It wasn't crazy hot to start the day around 5:30am, but definitely going to rest and get some protein!

I've been making sure to have water when working out, even refilled today. I think I just overdid it 😅

Got the week done!

Struggle: jumping lunges, so I modified

Also being dismayed not seeing results on the scale though I can see a difference in the mirror

Success: I got it done and didn't give up!
