Got the week done!
Struggle: jumping lunges, so I modified
Also being dismayed not seeing results on the scale though I can see a difference in the mirror
Success: I got it done and didn't give up!

Properly and got it done before work I didn't want to find the jumping oranges to squats that I got it done and now to finish up my work week and head into the weekend 👍

Can't remember if I posted yesterday as well but I did definitely do summer shred day three yesterday summer shred day for today I did have to modify the jumping lunges section of the workout because my knees don't really tolerate that exercise so I modified with doing squats but I got it done early morning fasted so ready to start the rest of the day!

First week went okay - had to push myself to keep on it (especially where I've been doing the workouts early morning before work). I got it done though so that is my success. Struggle is modifying my diet. Also struggling with not seeing results on the scale but I know it has only been a week.

W2D2 done!
I'll admit this morning I really didn't want to get up and want to sleep a little bit later but I pushed myself to get through the grogginess and get it done. Hoping to sets me up for a good day today and still aiming to keep on the better nutrition that I've been working on to hopefully see some results on the scale. I am feeling better overall bodily wise by feeling less bloated which is nice. Wishing everybody a great day today and get on it let's do the thing!

W1D5 in the books!
I underestimated today's workout. Was right but I pushed through. I had to modify the pushups a bit as when I first tried I had really bad pain BUT I just tweaked the exercise a bit and got it done! Haven't lost much weight, scale wise, but I can feel a difference. Looking forward to this next week!
