Summer Shred

Started to day with a practice round of disc golf and then came home and got day 4 done! I'm really proud of myself that when the double unders came up I could get 1 every 5 jumps or 10 jumps (and I didn't whip myself!). Now to have a great lunch of a grilled chicken wrap. Trying to keep on this with both physical and mental consistency while making better choices when it comes to food!
