Jump Rope Dudes - Dumbbell Program (round 2)!
Finished M1W1 (started on April first)
I'm incorporating heavier weights where I can add well as using the 1/2 pound rope to add more challenge!
Watching what I'm eating, trying to do this round well so I get some good results! I did remember to take a before photo, excited to see what happens at the end!
