Summer Shred Round 2 W3D3 + Walk
I've been alternating between doing the summer shred workout in the morning and followed up by either the daily workout or putting in a walk so I'm still getting a lot of movement. Yesterday was really stressful day at work but I mean focus on my nutrition even though all I really want to do was eat a bunch of candy and indulge in some sweets but instead and I got home I chose to decompress by taking the pup for a walk and then doing additional laps by myself or it was a little warm out and that way I did movement instead of bad habits. I'm still on track with not relying on gum has a distraction at work as well so I've been cutting out that added artificial sugar and I'm still staying true to that so I'm happy with that progress.
