A day late as usual but Month 1 of JRDB is done! What a great set of exercises and month! I loved the format of alternating cardio with DB and I have to say, my cardio endurance has definitely improved. Since this was the last day of month 1, I wanted to end it strong so this JRoD did 2100 jumps, raised my DB weight to 17.5 lbs and did 140 bicep curls (70 per side) and ended with 125 push-ups (+25 push-ups in my warm up for a total of 150)! I am definitely all set now for a terrific weekend! Have a great one all and I canβt wait for Monday to see what Dan has in store for us next β¦.. no Iβm not cheating and looking ahead, I want the surprise! ππ πͺπΌ
