A lot of my meals look like this during the week day. Eggs, pickled veggies, a little cheese, ground beef, chipotle sauce. Other than that eating lots of strawberries, bananas, chicken, salmon etc. Ate sushi 2 nights ago. Keeping it simple. And it’s easy to eat this way. Once you’ve learned how to prepare food correctly and easily making ground beef and eggs is a meal to look forward to.
