Now this one’s a bit more indulgent ngl so I wouldn’t eat this every day. But… it was my only meal besides fruit and some veggies earlier in the day and it is soooo delicious. Lots of protein carbs and fat. I also worked out twice today. Point being… don’t eat this all the time but yeah this was amazing and packed with good recovery nutrients. Have a good day y’all 🤙🏼

Thanks for the input dude I think it makes sense to just share the recipes in here so everyone can see them. I am working on the dumbbell program still but afterwards could add 5-8 of my favorite recipes that I eat to stay lean. Macros and everything included.
