A suggestion for the next jrd program. Would love to hear what you all think. Currently I think something similar to swole samurai should be the next program. As jrd90, dumbbell, jrd max all have a lot of jump rope and the main focus is jump rope and the secondary focus is on lifting weights or bodyweight. Which is great but I think from what I have seen people want a kettlebell program, but I wouldn't want a kettlebell program which is very similar to the dumbbell program. So my suggestion is a kettlebell program which follows the pattern as the swole samurai meaning a lot more resistance training than raw jumping rope.
And maybe add heavy ropes in this program to make it a hybrid rather than having a separate heavy ropes program.
I think this type of a program which focuses heavily on resistance training using bodyweight, heavy ropes and kettlebells is something would be a lot more enjoyable and significantly different from other programs which primarily focus on raw jump rope cardio and also this could be considered a muscles building program which again has similar workout patterns as the swole samurai however this time Sir Dan would be walking us through the workouts which is more fun imo
