Now I understand why Dan always says that jump rope + resistance training is going to make you a functional athlete. Before starting JRD properly I would play football with my friends around 1-2 times a week, every time I would play football though I would be super sore the next day and during football I would run out of breath really quickly, basically my stamina sucked lol.
I'm currently on month 2 of jrd dumbbell and I played football yesterday after a full month. I was expecting to have 0 stamina but to my surprise my work rate was better than those who play football regularly and literally I have woken up today with 0 muscle soreness. This is truly a game changer fam. This JRD philosophy of just giving it your all 30 minutes everyday is life changing. Super blessed to be a part of this community.

Just did the 4k skips workouts, it took me 52 minutes to complete the whole thing. I burnt around 450 calories, how many do you guys burn doing this 4k skips workout?

I think a pull up program would be great, but would it be like the push up progression program? Maybe a pull up + heavy ropes program. A lot of people have suggested a heavy rope program, so maybe a pull up + heavy rope program would be amazing!

38°C + 42% humidity where I live. Was sweating like crazy and was dead 5 minutes in the workout but still did the thing!

If I'm already in the middle of a 90 day program what should I do? Put that program on hold and do this or complete the 90 day program first?

Haha yes. Omg a few hours after my post they upload the summer challenge post, the coincidence XD

Will this have new workouts or is it a compilation of workouts from already existing programs?

I'm not an expert but honestly it shouldn't. The warmups can vary from person to person and from what I remember jrd 90 had a different warm up and I find that easier and better

A fun suggestion:
Although yes there have been many talks about a new workout plan but before that, could we get a new community challenge? I really liked the idea of the sleigh the scale 1 month challenge. What about a 1 month challenge which is a compilation of 20 of the most popular, most difficult workouts from different programs. We as a community could maybe give out our suggestions and with the coaching expertise of Sir Dan, we could come up with the craziest jrd 1 month program. What do you all say?

I like the ladder workouts, jrd 90 had jump rope ladders and the pushup ladder in jrd max. In general i really like the way dumbbell program is set. Jump rope at the start then weightlifting and at the end some more jump rope
