Another great morning, up at 4:40 😴 walk the dog 🐶 and then on to #DoTheThing 💪🏻
Still bouncing back so 30on 10off (x5) is all my calfs and arches of my feet can handle at the moment.. doing 8 sets, with a minute between..
Full disclosure I’m also doing some resistance training in the evening and that envolves quads, hamstrings and calf’s so that might also play a part 💪🏻
