Always love Dan’s send off on M3D5 of the heavy rope workout. Today is my last day of week 3, which means only 5 more workouts until I’m done this program!

Made it to 1380/1500 1 lb skips, which means I’m up again from last week by 60 skips! Hoping to break into the 1400’s for the last week of workouts. Happy weekend! ⛅️
