Been awhile since posted. Starting Month 2, Week 4. JR& D using 1/2 lb rope and 20lbs or more. Also joined a 100,000 skips challenge for June on YoaYoa app. App tracks your jump/skip count with either Apple Watch or certain earbuds.
I have an xcel file that I made up with various skips to use during the workouts. Dan pretty much does Regular Hops, Boxer, Run in place. These are jumps/skips that everyone should be able to do. I mix it up. Do 100 of each and make my way down the list. Do a ladder with criss cross/ double unders. 9 reg and then criss cross ordouble under to 100. Then 8 reg and criss cross or double under to 100, then 7 regβ¦β¦
