2nd round. JR&D. M1W2D1
1,000 skips warmup 1/4lb rope
1,633 skips using 1/2lb rope during workout
Finished today with 1/2lb rope 1,371 skips to 4,007 count. KEEP DOIN THE THING!

Same here. Round 2 with 1/2lb rope and upped the weights by 5lbs per arm

2nd round JR&D WEEK 1 DONE! Day 5 in the books
1,000 skips warmup with 1/4lb. Rope
1,574 skips in day 5 workout using 1/2lb. Rope. 15 rounds of 45sec skipping. Killer with 1/2lb rope
1,426 skips with 1/4lb rope to finish 4,000 skip count
Today I tried a criss cross jump ladder on last 1,426 skips. 9 regular bounce then criss cross, 8 regular bounce then criss cross, 7,6,5,4,3,2 regular bounce then criss cross and then a bunch of consecutive criss cross and then reverse…..2 regular bounce and criss cross, 3 regular bounce and criss cross, 4,5,6,7,8… 9 regular and criss cross. Had to take a break after that!
Want to try that again doing jogger bounce!!! Should get the heart really pumping

2nd round JR&D. M1W1D4. Says Total Cardio but with 1/2lb rope arms and shoulders are cooked!!! 💪🏻
1,003 skips warmup with 1/4lb rope, no breaks 6:42 to complete. Mostly regular bounce and boxer shuffle
3,004 skips during M1W1D4 Total Cardio with 1/2lb rope. 2 minutes is no joke
That means I got to 4,000 count during workout and did not have to do anymore to get to daily 4,000 skip count

2nd round. JR&D. M1W1D3. Lower body with 1/2 lb rope and 20/25lbs dumbells. I pretty much used the 15 lb dumbells per the workouts. Increasing this time around. Did 3 sets with the 20’s and did last set with 25’s

1000 skips warmup with 1/4lb
1531 skips during M1W1D3 workout
1469 skips to finish workout with 4,000 skips. Was working on double unders. Sets of 100 skips, 9 reg bounce then double under, 8 reg skips then double unders, 7,6,5,4,3,2, try to do single double unders. 900+ skips.

2nd round JR&D M1W1D2 TOTAL CARDIO 20sec, 30,45, 1 min. Repeat 10X. Brutal with 1/2lb rope
1,000 skips warmup with 1/4lb
2807 skips day 2 workout with 1/2lb
Good news is only had 193 skips with 1/4lb to finish up to 4,000 skip count

I decided to do a 2nd round of JUMP ROPE & DUMBELL. BUT going to up my game.
Going to start with 1,000 skips warmup using 1/4lb rope.
Then whatever the daily workout is I will use the 1/2lb rope and increase weights by 5lbs if possible
Then finish with 1/4lb rope to 4,000 total skip count
M1W1D1
1,000 skips warmup with 1/4lb
1564 skips during workout with 1/2lb
1440 skips with 1/4lb to 4,000 total

Finished 30 day Power Plyo Jump. Was thinking of doing the new dumbell workout again but increase weight amount.

Any other input on other 90 day workouts?? JRD Max, JRD90, Shredded Ninja, Swole Samurai ????

Started at 176.1 lbs. ended 90 day Jump Rope & Dumbells @ 169.2 lbs.

After 30 day Power Plyo Jump 167.9 lbs

8.2 lbs loss

I started making sure I get 4,000 skip min in per workout. Using YoaYoa app to count skips during the workout. After workout is done I continue to 4,000 count going through a spreadsheet I made of jump rope steps from beginner to advanced. It’s pretty good
