Where is the workout outline?? Was always in the “Read More” and was good to see what was in store in the workout? Now it just a bunch of links to buy stuff???

The workout outline should always be available

And it doesn’t even tell you what jump ropes you will be using???

Yes, very important to listen to your body. The 6” between the ears deserves as much effort as we put in for the neck on down. I like your term “cocoon day”

Same here. Round 2 with 1/2lb rope and upped the weights by 5lbs per arm

Started at 176.1 lbs. ended 90 day Jump Rope & Dumbells @ 169.2 lbs.

After 30 day Power Plyo Jump 167.9 lbs

8.2 lbs loss

I started making sure I get 4,000 skip min in per workout. Using YoaYoa app to count skips during the workout. After workout is done I continue to 4,000 count going through a spreadsheet I made of jump rope steps from beginner to advanced. It’s pretty good

Should not have to repeat. There’s no discussion in the program about taking two Rest days. 20 workout days per month month three should’ve been out already lack of respect for subscribers. No question about it.

I have been asking since 2nd week of Feb ended. I don’t think a month 3 is coming! Just a gut feeling. Never have I had an excessive program NOT completed BEFORE putting it out there. We will see……..
